Active Civic Participation
This webinar was organised on 21 November 2019 by two of the partner organisations – International Initiatives for Cooperation (IIC), Bulgaria and Cambodian Youth Action (CYA), Cambodia during the job shadowing period of Mr. David Raigal, representative of IIC.
The webinar addresses the topics of active civic participation and engagement of local communities. Examples of good practices were shared by both organisations. A parallel was made between Bulgaria and Cambodia in the way how non-profits motivate and engage local communities and make difference in the society.
Conflict Management
This webinar was organised on 21 January 2020 by two of the partner organisations – YouNet, Italy and Solidarites Jeunesses Vietnam (SJ Vietnam) during the job shadowing period of Ms. Mathilde Costes, representative of YouNet. The webinar addresses the topics of conflict management and resolution.
Conflict management skills are of high importance in nowadays diverse society where we live, work and interact daily with representatives of different social, cultural, ethnic, religious and age groups. Techniques how to manage conflicts are shared as well as some handy tips that each active citizen can adopt and apply.
