The international LEAD Platform was held in Bansko, Bulgaria for the period of 14-21 July 2021. International and Bulgarian participants took part in it. The team of IIC Association introduced the participants to all phases of the project completed so far. Participants became familiar with diverse methods of creating visual identity of their organisations.
Useful knowledge was shared how to make our causes visible. While acquiring theoretical information, practical skills were also developed by testing and applying the shared knowledge. Participants were introduced to the concept of human-center design which is a very successful methodological approach in developing a service or product based on the needs of specific target group.
